When troubleshooting today (engine off) I noticed that when manually pressing the actuator arm air moves through the bank 2 vaccuum hose but not bank 1 hose. I noticed a problem with my car, the same joint leaking on my turbo, I did manage to get onto the bottom bolt but it was already tight, not sure the rubber seal on the air inlet pipe is available.
